Well as I stated earlier I am origanally from the small town of Calumet/Laurium in the Western Part of the U.P. of Michigan!
I am currently living in East Lansing with my fiancee Doug, and our collie Ginger. Doug and I still manange to make it back to the U.P. often we both have a great love of the area, and he actually asked me to marry him at the Eagle Harbor Lighthouse , so that is a place that holds wonderful memories for both of us.
Well I decided to make this website,Cause I have been through alot of losses in my life, Some through death of friends,and loved ones and one large heartbreak as well.
I have learned alot through these losses,and I owe a great debt of gratitude to these Angels who touched my life some still on the Earth and some whom have gone on to Heaven and a are no longer with us, They have made me a better person for knowing them,and through this loss I have learned alot.
As the song "the dance" by Garth Brooks states...I could have missed the pain, But I would have had to miss the dance - I think that is fitting in life, sometimes you get hurt,sometime you lose someone and GOD has a bigger plan for them,and sometimes you just cant know what tommorow brings...But if you dont outreach and take that risk , you may miss some really wonderful people who will change your life.
The quote "Dont cry cause its over,Smile cause it happened" is very fitting I think for losses in general and is something to live by.
To all these people who have touched my life,and to those who contiue to today..thank you, GOD has truley blessed me to have had you in my life.
And to those who have gone on...You will always remain in my heart, Fly with the Angels!
This website has been a good outlet for me to express who I am and how I feel....some good some bad..But thats how life seems to be too I guess!
